In addition material also includes first additive in the form of Gd2O3 or Eu2O3, or Sm2O3 and second additive of one or more oxides of following group: SrO, CeO2, BaO, Y2O3, La2O3. Proportion of ingredients in proposed oxide material is as follows, mass percent: Fe2O3 and/or Fe3O4, 46-80; Al2O3, 16-50; SiO2, 1-4; first additive, 0.1-4.0; second additive, 3-15.
