SUBSTANCE: jet perforator has body carrying connecting member for joining with tubing, upper and lower nozzles installed in tiers relative to body, screw mechanism for rectilinear-rotary motion of body. Axes of upper and lower nozzles intersect at acute angle diverging from body with point of axes intersection located from back side of nozzles. Axes of upper and lower nozzle lie in plane inclined toward body axis at angle equaling angle of inclination of helical line of mechanism for body rectilinear-rotary motion.
