WAY TO FEED CONCRETE MIXTURE INTO BLOCKS OF SOLID MONOLITHIC STRUCTURE

FIELD: hydraulic engineering, placing concrete on solid concrete constructions and structures. SUBSTANCE: way to feed concrete mixture into blocks of solid monolithic structure is realized by supply of concrete mixture through transfer bin that has concrete-conveying pipe-line and by subsequent distribution of concrete mixture by means of interblock concrete-delivery trucks. Later concrete mixture is fed into additional lower transfer bin fitted with gate which is kept under practically filled state to prevent separation of concrete mixture supplied into it into layers. Lower trabsfer bin is discharged into interblock concrete-delivery trucks by measured portions. EFFECT: enhanced intensity and economy of concrete laying operations when solid monolithic concrete structures are treated with concrete. 1 cl, 1 dwg
