Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: industrial organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of chlorohydrocarbons via chlorination of olefins followed by separation of chlorination products into desired products and by-products, in particular to propylene chlorination-mediated production of high-purity allyl chloride. Rectification of propylene chloroderivatives is carried out on three columns while feeding propylene chloroderivatives into middle section of the first column. First-column distillate is passed into middle section of the second column. Second-column distillate containing light fraction and allyl chloride in amount 10-60 wt % is used for feeding the third column, from which light fraction is obtained as distillate and its still residue is returned onto one of the trays of the second column. "Heavy" fraction is withdrawn from the second column as a part of still residue containing no more than 10% of allyl chloride. Second-column still residue is fed onto one of the trays of the first column in amount corresponding to 0.01-0.15 parts per 1 part allyl chloride recovered in gas state from one od the lower trays of the second column. EFFECT: improved quality of allyl chloride and reduced amount of by-products. 2 ex |
