METHOD OF SULFUR CEMENT PRODUCTION AND PLANT FOR METHOD EMBODIMENT

FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, methods and devices for production of sulfur cement. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of sulfur and modifier based on oil at temperature of 140-150C; heating of sulfur and modifier in separate vessels, and direction for mixing under excessive pressure through pipelines; stimulation of modifier after heating and before mixing in the first cavitation- energy treatment apparatus; mixing of sulfur and modifier in the second cavitation-energy treatment apparatus. Plant for production of sulfur cement has chamber for mixing sulfur and modifier, heated vessels for sulfur and modifier, modifier treatment apparatus, pipelines supplying sulfur and modifier from mixing device to mixing chamber, unit for mixing of sulfur and modifier. Modifier treatment apparatus is cut in modifier supply pipeline. Mixing chamber and modifier treatment apparatus are made in form of cavitation-energy treatment apparatuses.
