Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: production of hydrogen chloride. SUBSTANCE: proposed reactor has housing made in form of two truncated cones interconnected by large bases and product discharge unit located in upper portion of housing and made in form of several outlet branch pipes which are equidistant relative to horizontal plane crossing upper cone. Number of branch pipes is determined by the following formula: n = 3.1415d/h where n is number of outlet branch pipes and h is distance between upper flange and plane formed by section of cone generatrix at point of mounting of branch pipes; thus, d = 0.05-1.21 of diameter of cone top. Each outlet branch pipe is provided with protective casing made in form of truncated cone whose larger base is deepened in inside reactor housing by distance equal to 0.1-1.2 of diameter of larger base of housing. Burner has three cavities with igniter cavity in central part; upper edge of burner is located above bottom at height equal to 0.06-0.12 of diameter of reactor bottom. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg |
