Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, biochemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of benzazepinon-N-acetic acid substituted with phosphonic acid that are pharmaceutically active compounds. Invention describes derivatives of benzazepinon-N-acetic acid substituted with phosphonic acid of the general formula (I): wherein R1, R2, R3 mean hydrogen atom or group forming biolabile phosphonic acid ester and physiologically acceptable salts of acids of the formula (I). Invention describes also a medicinal agent exhibiting inhibitory effect on activity of endopeptidase of the central nervous system and containing compound of the formula (I) and method for preparing compounds of the formula (I). Invention provides the development of novel pharmaceutically active substances. EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal properties of compounds. 4 cl, 3 tbl, 34 ex
