SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of benzazepinon-N-acetic acid substituted with phosphonic acid that are pharmaceutically active compounds. Invention describes derivatives of benzazepinon-N-acetic acid substituted with phosphonic acid of the general formula (I): wherein R1, R2, R3 mean hydrogen atom or group forming biolabile phosphonic acid ester and physiologically acceptable salts of acids of the formula (I). Invention describes also a medicinal agent exhibiting inhibitory effect on activity of endopeptidase of the central nervous system and containing compound of the formula (I) and method for preparing compounds of the formula (I).
