Proposed device contains central control unit coupled with vehicle security-and-antitheft subsystem and User's telephone numbers and secret codes storage unit. Oral messages storage unit and timer and fuel feed control units are connected to central control unit. One or several mobile telephone sets and loudspeaker are also provided. Moreover, set includes loudspeaker communication control unit with built-in sound signaling unit and Blue-tooth-communication unit made for radio exchange with mobile telephone sets, loudspeaker control and programming extension unit built-in light indicators, voice order storage unit, call melody and service sound signal storage unit, noise reduction and acoustic echo suppression unit and radio tape-recorder muting or switching off unit. EFFECT: provision of compatibility of vehicle loudspeaker communication mounting set with different models of mobile telephone sets, enlarged service capabilities provided by loudspeaker communication. 1 dwg
