Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: manufacture by explosion welding of bimetallic blanks of machine parts and constructional members operating at sign-variable loads. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing stationary plate on rigid base; arranging plate to be thrown with gap relative to stationary plate and with overhanging along perimeter of stationary one; placing explosion matter charge on plate to be thrown and initiating it; using rigid base whose concave working surface is in the form of cylinder portion with symmetry axis parallel relative to detonation direction; receiving curvilinear blank with radius equal to curvature radius of rigid base and subjecting it to plastic deforming until making flat blank. EFFECT: possibility for making flat blanks with increased values of endurance limit due to changing stress-deformed state in zone of joining welded materials at plastic deforming of curvilinear blank. 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
