Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: heat-protection materials. SUBSTANCE: two-layer coating is formed on fabric substrate by applying siliconorganic rubber-based composition followed by drying of each layer of coating. Utilized fabric is made from extra-strong fibers, breaking strength of fabric being at least 1000 N for warp, and at least 800 N for shute, and surface density of fabric being at least 100 g/sq.m, preferably 100-170 g/sq.m. Composition is supplemented by silica powder and hardener. Coating layers are dried at 170-220 C. Internal layer, adjoining substrate and representing 40-75% of the total coating weight, has density 30-70 g/sq.m and outside layer, adjoining internal one and representing 25-60% of the total coating weight, has density 25-45 g/sq.m. For manufacture of material, silicon-organic rubbers are used characterized by working temperature range from -50 C to +250 C and viscosity at least 16000 vPa. s. EFFECT: increased strength, fire and frost resistances, and waterproofness. 5 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
