Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: protection of underground structures and pipe-lines against electrochemical corrosion. SUBSTANCE: downhole anode rod grounding electrode comprises two steel pipes placed concentrically, space between them being filled with coke breeze. Steel rods with section of rounded off shape are welded from outside to internal pipe at angle of 35 degrees or more to horizon. Rods displaying section of polygon according to second variant are welded perpendicular and are developed around their axes so that one angle of polygon is under 110 degrees and faces downwards with vertex along vertical that is bisectrix of mentioned angle. Length of rod is such that clearance between rod and internal surface of external pipe amounts to 7 values of maximal size of largest particle of coke breeze. EFFECT: design of downhole anode rod grounding electrode which structure provides for uniform running-off of electric current from grounding electrode into ground and saves up to 25% of material of rods. 2 cl, 4 dwg |
