Zusammenfassung:FIELD: electronic engineering; microwave devices, miscellaneous high-stability filters, resonators, matching and isolating devices, etc. SUBSTANCE: proposed high-stability microstrip structure has common carrying board that mounts special-purpose modules built around lengths of microstrip line; each microstrip line module is disposed on separate insulating base, and location of modules and other components on common carrying board depends on particular circuit arrangement and application of particular structure; common carrying board is made of single-sided foiled glass-reinforced fiber laminate; metal-plated side functions as electromagnetic shield and is connected to power supply neutral; other side of board mounts special-purpose microstrip line modules; insulating base of each module is made of high-stability ceramic whose dielectric constant is minimum 70-80 units, for instance from grade TBNS-R-80 material; bottom part of insulating base of each microstrip line module is enclosed in electromagnetic shield that may be made, for instance, from channel iron; it is also connected to power supply neutral. EFFECT: reduced size and mass, enhanced precision under destabilizing factors such as temperature fluctuations and electromagnetic noise. 1 cl, 4 dwg
