METHOD FOR UTILIZING DOMESTIC GARBAGE COMBUSTION WASTES (VERSIONS)

FIELD: utilization of wastes containing toxic and ecologically hazardous substances. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing ash with specific surface of 2,000-4,000 sq.cm/g and content of salt of heavy metals, such as cadmium, copper, lead, and zinc with sulfur in the ratio of 1:1-1:2.5 and heating to obtain mastic consistency; pouring mastic in molds for producing blocks or supplying mastic to granulating apparatus. According to other version, method involves mixing ash with specific surface of 2,000-4,000 sq.cm/g and content of salt of heavy metals such as cadmium, copper, lead and zinc with sulfur in the ratio of 1:1-1:2.5; heating to obtain mastic consistency; pressing slags into briquettes and placing in molds; pouring mastic in molds for capsulating briquettes. Testing of samples did not show presence of zinc, cadmium and copper in water infusion, proved presence of lead in an amount of 0.024 mg/l, content of petroleum products did not exceed 0.1 mg/l. Release of hydrogen sulfide was not registered. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and increased safety. 3 cl, 3 tbl
