Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: concentration or ores and sands containing fine grained heavy minerals. SUBSTANCE: proposed jigging machine includes bearing frame, balance drive, two identical equal-sized jigging compartments which are located symmetrically. Each compartment has fixed body with cone-shaped jigging chamber secured on revolving shaft and overflow lip. Each compartment is provided with seal between fixed body and jigging chamber, lower floating support for shaft, diaphragm, movable cone, pulp receiver and unloading unit for the oversize and undersize. Said seal is made in form of sealing unit which includes circular water distributor, at least two cylindrical rubber-metal inserts and two circular deflectors. Water distributor secured on fixed body has hole for delivery of pressure water on one side and at least four drain ports on other side. Drain ports are smoothly distributed over perimeter of water distributor on its opposite side. Inserts are mounted between fixed body and jigging chamber. Inserts are provided with at least four longitudinal water-distributing grooves smoothly distributed over perimeter of working surface. Pressure water circular deflectors are secured on water distributor under drain ports and drain water deflectors are secured on jigging chamber. Floating support of shaft is made in form of sleeve secured on bearing frame. Bottom portion of sleeve has hole with water supply branch pipe. Arranged inside sleeve is cylindrical rubber-metal insert whose inner surface has at least four longitudinal water-distributing grooves of sinusoidal profile. Jigging machine is additionally provided with ejector secured on bearing frame. EFFECT: reduced consumption of water and power requirements without impairment of concentration parameters. 3 cl, 6 dwg |
