Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicinal technique. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with prosthetics and prosthesis manufacturing for inferior limbs. The suggested foot contains insertion piece designed as elastospring element located inside elastic facing, shock-absorbing element located in supporting area of metatarsal bones and talocrural supporting element. It is additionally introduced with carrier-element out of compound material designed as a plate with curvature in area of metatarsophalangeal articulation located inside elastic facing. Shock-absorbing element is designed as two detachable elastic elements located in landing threaded openings of carrier-element and facing supported upon the surface of insertion piece and fixed due to regulating nuts. Moreover, between carrier-element and insertion piece in calcaneal part one should install flexible element due to threaded connection, and talocrural supporting element is installed at the surface of carrier element. The present innovation enables to achieve improved biomechanical characteristics of walking and increased exploitation reliability due to valgus and varus regulation.
