Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: electrical engineering, operation of asynchronous electric motors, establishment of value of their load by means of operational control over it. SUBSTANCE: slip of rotor of asynchronous electric motor is determined by time registration of momentary value of current consumed by electric motor on one phase of feeding cable of asynchronous electric motor and by recording and processing of signal in facility based on microprocessor. Facility incorporates toroidal induction coil, band-pass filter and microprocessor provided with special program that controls, registers and processes signal from calibrated toroidal induction coil which sets gain factor of programmable amplifier, parameters of band-pass filter and duration of registration run, numbers signal and carries out Hilbert transform according to simplified algorithm. As result integral amplitude of current, coefficient of amplitude modulation and slip frequency of rotor of asynchronous electric motor are established which reliably show actual value of load on asynchronous electric motor in time which makes it possible to execute uninterrupted or periodic control over value of asynchronous electric motor. EFFECT: provision for operation of asynchronous electric motor within limits of working zone of its technical characteristics. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
