Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, clinical immunology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested innovation deals with detecting total concentration of immune complexes (IC) and concentration of complexes with autoantibodies G to determine, according to their difference, the concentration of complexes with anticarbohydrate antibodies. Moreover, as primary antibodies one should use affinopurified polyclonal rabbit's antibodies against protein of macroglobulins group. As calibrator one should take highly purified native human immunoglobulin G, at detecting total IC concentration it is necessary to use buffered physiological solution at pH = 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl and 0.05% nonionic detergent Twin-20. To detect complexes with autoantibodies G one should supplement buffer for diluting samples with the mixture of sugars: lactose at the quantity of 0.1 M and mannose at the quantity of 0.5 M. The present innovation enables to obtain highly accurate, differential and sufficiently efficient method for detecting concentration of complexes of macroglobulin-group protein - antibody in biological liquids.
