Zusammenfassung:FIELD: production of inert gas mixtures based on nitrogen. SUBSTANCE: in the method for production of inert gas mixture based on nitrogen cleaned of mechanical impurities air is compressed in the first stage of the compressor, cooled down to a temperature below 60C, cleaned of condensed moisture and oil in a refrigerator and water-oil purifier, compressed in the second stage of the compressor, cooled down to a temperature below 60C, cleaned of condensed moisture and oil. Cooled and cleaned air at a pressure of 8 to 12 kg/sq.cm is supplied to the fine filter and further to the gas-distributing unit, in which the concentration of oxygen is reduced to 10%. Part of oxygenized air is supplied to the cavity of the inlet pipe of the internal combustion engine of the movable nitrogen compressor plant. Another part of oxygenized air is cooled down to a temperature of 18- 20 C and supplied to the cab of the plant truck. After air fine filter the inert gas mixture is supplied to the third and subsequent compressor stages, cooled down to a temperature below 60C, cleaned of moisture and oil and supplied to the consumer. EFFECT: simplified construction and reduced mass and overall dimensions of nitrogen movable compressor plants. 1 dwg
