FIELD: biology and medicine. SUBSTANCE: the device has a microprocessor, storage unit, display unit, signaling unit, power unit, triggering circuit, digital-to-analog converter, analog-to-digital converter, current regulator, signal conditioner, sensitivity regulator, resistance regulator and a measuring chamber. The latter consists of the main and force-balance, and a tangible transducer. The measuring chamber is made in the form of a sleeve of hydrophobic material with vent holes enveloped by a heat shunt and installed on heat-insulating supports, the sleeve is covered with a heat shield, the tangible transducer is installed at the edge of the sleeve, and the main and force-balance transducers installed in it are separated by a heat mirror.
