FIELD: varnish-and-paint industry. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to water-dispersion acrylic paints for painting door and window-frame units, floors, walls, and building structures (concrete, wood), polyvinylchloride compositions, early painted surfaces as well as preliminarily sized metallic surfaces. Water-based composition contains film former, pigment, filler, thickener, emulsifier, biocyde additive, dispersant (sodium polyphosphate), and additionally coalescence additive: 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate (Teksanol, ) and/or butyldiglycol, structuring additive: Aerosil-300 (silica powder) or amorphous silica gel, antifoaming additive: mixture of unsaturated fatty acid esters with hydrophobic silica in mineral oil or tributyl phosphate, antifreeze: ethylene glycol or propylene glycol. Film-forming component utilized is copolymer of acrylic and methacrylic acid esters or non-plasticized polymeric acrylic dispersion; associative thickener is copolymer of (meth)acrylic monomers or water dispersions of acrylic copolymer with hydrophobic functional groups; biocyde additive contains sodium fluoride or solution of derivatives of isothiazolone, 1,2,3-hydroxy-5,9,11-trioxadodecane, 1,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)urea, 1,6- dihydroxy-2,5-dihydroxyhexane; and dispersant additionally contains polyacid dispersant (Orotant).
