SUBSTANCE: invention describes composition used for treatment and prophylaxis of glomerulopathy that comprises compound of the formula (I) where R1 means hydrogen atom, (lower) alkyl, optionally substituted -CONHPh or (lower) alkylthio-group, phenyl, optionally substituted hydroxy-group, phenyl-(lower)-alkyl or indole-3-yl-(lower)-alkyl, optionally substituted (lower) alkoxy-group; R2 means hydrogen atom or (lower) alkyl; R3 means 1,4-phenylene or 2,5-thiophenediyl; R4 means a substituent represented by structural fragments (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) , (j) , (k) or (l) where R5 means hydrogen atom, hydroxy-group, (lower) alkoxy-group, optionally substituted dialkylamino-group, (lower) alkylthio-group, halogen atom, (lower) halide alkyl, amino-group optionally substituted with (lower) alkyl, (lower) alkyl optionally substituted with azido-group or hydroxy-group, nitro-group, cyano-group, acyl group, -CONH2, -NHCORD where RD means (lower)-alkyl, morpholino-group; R6 means phenyl, (lower) alkyl optionally substituted with hydroxy-group, (lower) alkyloxy-group, (lower) alkylthio-group, amino-group optionally substituted with (lower) alkyl, morpholino-group or 1-pyrrolidinyl and Y means NHOH or OH, its optically active isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate.
