Distance between first, second, and next turns may amount to quarter-length of electromagnetic wave; first turns are shortened, third and next ones are elongated relative to second turns whereto two-wire power line is connected. Linear dimensions of first, second, and next turns and distances along two-wire power line at points of its connection to turns vary obeying logarithmic law; first, second, and next turns are crosswise connected to this line.
