Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying contact action of low intensity laser radiation of 0.89 mcm wavelength to carotid arteries from both sides spending 1-3 min for each of them, to mastoid process projection from the injury side, to spinal arteries from two sides, to the right and left suprarenal gland projections. Light guide is introduced via nasal entrance or via external acoustic meatus depending on whether the anterior or median cranial fossa is cranium base fracture localization. The median cranial fossa being cranium base fracture localization, mastoid process projection area is treated daily beginning from the third- fourteenth day after the craniocerebral injury during 10 days with radiation impulse frequency being equal to 1500-3000 Hz and pulse power of 5-10 W. The spinal arteries are treated daily beginning from the third- fourteenth day after the cerebrocranial injury during 10 days 1.5-3 min long on each one, radiation impulse frequency of 80-150 Hz and pulse power of 5-10 W. The right and left suprarenal gland projections are treated daily beginning from the fifth-seventh day after the cerebrocranial injury during 5-7 days 1-2 min long on each one, radiation impulse frequency of 80-150 Hz and pulse power of 3-7 W. The ethmoid bone projection is treated daily via the nasal passage beginning from the second-third day after the craniocerebral injury during 5-7 days 5 min long using radiation impulse frequency of 1500-3000 Hz and pulse power of 3-7 W. Intracavital irradiation is applied daily via the external acoustic meatus beginning from the second-third day after the craniocerebral injury during 5-7 days 5 min long using radiation impulse frequency of 1500-3000 Hz and pulse power of 3-7 W. The mastoid process projection area is treated daily beginning from the third-fourteenth day after the craniocerebral injury during 10 days with radiation impulse frequency being equal to 1500-3000 Hz and pulse power of 3-7 W. Infected head wound taking place, the area is irradiated with low intensity laser radiation in non-contact manner using the following treatment modes occurring daily beginning from the first day after the craniocerebral injury during 10 days with radiation impulse frequency being equal to 1500-3000 Hz and pulse power of 3-7 W. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and reliability of treatment in open craniocerebral injury cases including the cases aggravated with traumatic shock or coma and generalized wounds of soft tissues |
