Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes melting of metallized charge, devanadiumization of cast iron and processing removed titanic slag; processes are performed in self-contained units on revolving melts acted on by electromagnetic field. Melting process of metallized charge is performed on revolving melt of cast iron. Devanadiumization process is performed on revolving melt of cast iron whose temperature is reduced to 1300-1400 C. Titanic slag processing is performed on revolving molten metal obtained due to processing of titanic slag by metallic reductant till slag is not hardened.
