Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: special vodka is prepared by the following manner. An aqueous-spirituous solution is prepared in separating tank by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and drinking water purified in reverse-osmotic unit taken in the amounts providing vodka with proof 45%. An aqueous-spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly, its proof is corrected, pumped over into supply tank and fed to treatment with activated carbon and filtration. After filtration vodka is fed into finishing tank where sugar as 65.8% sugar syrup or as an aqueous solution is added. Aromatic alcohol is prepared from 0.2-0.4 kg of mint leaves and 1-2 kg of pine coniferous needles by distillation this raw with an aqueous-spirituous liquid with proof 45%. Pine coniferous needles aromatic alcohol is added into indicated tank, kept for 30-40 min and mint leaves aromatic alcohol is added at stirring also. The blend is stirred, its proof is corrected if necessary and bottled after obligatory control filtration. For production 1000 dal of special vodka the following components are used, kg: granulated refined sugar, 14-16 and also, l: pine coniferous needles aromatic alcohol, 7-8; mint leaves aromatic alcohol, 2.8-3.2; rectified ethyl alcohol and drinking water purified in reverse-osmotic unit with proof 45%. Invention provides preparing special vodka with high organoleptic indices eliciting resinous-citrus tint in after tasting due to combination of procedures of method and used components taken in the definite quantitative ratio.
