Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of roasting ceramic road-building articles. Raw mixture consists of uncrushed quartz sand, small-dispersed magnetite as dust-waste from steel electrosmelting works of Oskolsky electrometallurgical plant containing the following components, wt. -%: Fe3O4, 73-76; CaO, 9-15; SiO2, 4-6; MgO, 4-7; others, 4-6 and solution of R2O-containing component taken as salts solution containing components taken among the group: NaOH, KOH, or their combination, or waste from manufactures containing above indicated components separately or in any combinations as salts solution providing 1.5-3% humidity in molding mixtures in the following ratio, wt.-%: uncrushed quartz sand as a base, dust from steel electrosmelting works, 5-20; solution of R2O- containing component as measured for ROH, 0.5-3. Mixture can contain additionally to this mixture technical chalk in the amount 5-10 wt.-%. Method for preparing road-building articles involves mixing above indicated components, molding the blank by vibration or pressing in usual or heated to temperature 100 c forms under pressure 15-50 MPa, roasting without preliminary drying at 850-1050 C with isothermic exposition for 2-3 h, loading and discharging at temperature below 200 C and at rate of temperature alternation 5-8 C/min. Invention can be used for preparing road and sidewalk tile, building wall, facing and decorative articles. Invention provides reduction of energy consumption both in preparing raw mixture and in its thermal treatment. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 4 cl, 1 tbl |
