SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of metering and agitating components of molding sand and solid lubricating material; molding intermittent grinding wheel; drying it in air; subjecting it to heat treatment and mechanical working; after heat treatment placing wheel into press mold; filling radial grooves of wheel at one end with powdered solid lubricating material; compacting it in grooves by means of upper molding plate; extracting wheel out of press- mold; tilting it and again subjecting to above mentioned operations; then again drying wheel in air and subjecting it to heat treatment and mechanical working. EFFECT: enhanced quality, lowered labor consumption at making composition grinding wheels.
