Zusammenfassung:FIELD: welding, possibly diffusion welding of tubular adaptors. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making thread-profile annular grooves on surface of sleeve of stainless steel and placing it outside sleeve of titanium alloy; before diffusion welding heating sleeve of stainless steel by means of high-frequency electric current in temperature range 1050 -1100 C and keeping it at such temperature no more than 5 min; then lowering temperature until diffusion welding temperature and heating by means of heat of outer sleeve of stainless steel sleeve of titanium alloy until diffusion welding temperature; pressing together welded surfaces due to expanding sleeve of titanium alloy by means of tool and providing filling of annular grooves with titanium alloy; after filling grooves going on heating at temperature of diffusion welding at least for 1 min. Welded surfaces of sleeves of titanium alloy and stainless steel may be stepped. Welded sleeves of adaptor may be cooled in vacuum until 300 C.
