Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metallurgy, possibly in aircraft- and transport machine engineering, instrument making, building and other industry branches needing strength, rigidity, reliability and increased life period of constructions providing protection against noise, shocks, heat flux and electromagnetic irradiation. SUBSTANCE: method allows to make semifinished products of light-weight (gamma< 1.5g/cub.cm) energy- and sound absorbing heat insulation laminate material with increased level of thermal resistance, heat insulation capability and other properties. Method comprises steps of forming pack made of dense alternating layers of metallic low-alloyed titanium, nickel or iron base alloy, sublayers of low-alloyed aluminium alloy and also of material for producing foamed aluminium made of mixture of aluminium alloy, dispersed particles of refractory compounds and blowing agent; combined plastic deformation of components of pack on dense laminate blank; cutting it and realizing high-temperature heat treatment for forming layers of foamed aluminium.
