SUBSTANCE: it is suggested to carry out accelerated hyperfractionation of the dose performed due to daily irradiation of cancer tumor with two fractions/day, at single dose of 1.5 gram-roentgen at 4-6-h-long interval up to total focal dosage of 40-45 gram-roentgen and therapy duration of 17-19 d at 5-d-long week followed by radical surgical treatment 7-9 d after the end of radiation therapy. The method helps to create favorable conditions for postoperational healing. EFFECT: higher efficiency of tumor therapy.
