DRUM-TYPE DRIER WITH BLADED PERIPHERAL NOZZLE

FIELD: treatment of loose materials in food, chemical, and other industries. SUBSTANCE: novelty is that bladed peripheral nozzle of drier incorporating body with blades has profile of blades built in polar coordinates according to equation where alpha is maximal radius, m; is blade turn angle, and that they are positioned relative to drum body so that angle between straight line drawn through axis of drum revolution and coordinate origin of blade profile and tangent to blade profile drawn from coordinate origin equals angle of natural slope of loose material, blade having open section from origin of profile coordinates to point of blade profile contact with drum body in counter-clockwise direction. Drum-type drier provided with blades of proposed profile ensures uniform distribution of loose material over entire inner space of drum.
