METHOD OF FORMATION OF QUALITY OF RAW MATERIALS IN THEIR PREPARATION FOR PROCESSING

FIELD: mining industry, particularly, methods of raw materials preparation for processing; applicable at mining enterprises for mining of carbonate raw material deposits. SUBSTANCE: method includes zoning of opencast field, outlining of mass sections different according to their process properties by blocks, selective extraction of mineral and combination of muck flows into single flow. In outlining of sections of mass of inequigranular raw materials, geologotechnological mapping is made with singling-out and outlining in plan and in sections of fine and medium grain carbonate rocks with grain sizes less than 0.25 mm. Then technological testing of singled-out blocks is performed and quality-grade plans of conduction of mining operations are prepared. In formation of single flow, raw materials are homogenized. EFFECT: higher efficiency of metallurgical process due to raw material homogenization in composition and crystalline structure. 1 cl
