Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves deforming blank in two-phase or three-phase region with following thermal treatment for alpha solid solution and final thermal treatment for obtaining magnetic properties, with deformation process being carried out while reducing blank temperature at the extent of epsilon and at the rate of to provide for dynamic recrystallization process accompanied with release of phases gamma or gamma+sigma in the form of globules or in the form approximating to that of globule and with reduction of grain size of alpha phase due to dynamic recrystallization and phase transformations. Said following thermal treatment for alpha solid solution is carried out by heating blank to temperature corresponding to upper level of two-phase region and not below temperature T*, where T* is temperature after regulated cooling, at which gamma or gamma+sigma phases are formed as finely dispersed phases released at boundaries of alpha grains, with their volumetric part being sufficient to provide after thermal treatment of magnetic properties corresponding to operating requirements. Method allows permanent magnets, including large-sized magnets of different shapes and possessing combined magnetic and high mechanical properties to be produced. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for obtaining permanent magnets with wider operational capabilities. 38 cl, 15 dwg, 2 tbl, 5 ex |
