Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has heat-insulated water reservoir contacting to cold surface of thermoelectric transducer which hot surface contacts radiator blown with air for supplying cold water to hemorrhage source. Temperature gage is set in the water reservoir. Control unit has power supply source and temperature control unit interacting with temperature gage and thermoelectric transducer for supporting given water temperature in the reservoir. Pump supplies water under pressure into a tube attached to endoscope to enable one to supply water to bleeding source. On/off button connects the pump to the power supply source. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved bleeding source observation conditions. 3 cl
