Holmium serves as the rare-earth metal, and the luminescensing substance is present in the volume of the material of the securities on the layer applied onto the layer of the securities in such a maximum allowable concentration that does not worsen the properties of the given securities or layer. The protective layer has a substrate and a luminescence substance based on the crystal lattice alloyed at least by one rare-earth metal.
