METHOD FOR TREATING ULCEROUS-EROSIVE LESIONS OF GASTRODUODENAL AREA IN COMBINATION WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out therapy with the help of alcoholic 2%- ultrasound extract of ecchinacea along with basic antiheliobacter and antisecretory therapy. Ecchinacea extract is obtained by extracting active substance out of the mixture consisting of 10 mg ecchinacea and 90 mg 30%-ethanol, moreover, intensity of ultrasound impact at treating the obtained alcoholic extract corresponds to 55 W/cm2 at impact time being 5 min. Extract is introduced perorally per 25 drops thrice daily before meals for 3-4 wk. The method leads to interruption of painful and dyspeptic syndrome, favors the decrease of total blood cholesterol, enables to normalize or improve the values of immune status in patients that provides quick healing of ulcers and erosions and stabilizes the hemodynamics.
