Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out integral rheographic examination of patient body in selecting sounding current frequency to be equal to 28±2 kHz. The produced rheogram is evaluated in terms of extracellular fluid volume, general peripheral blood vessel resistance and integral body impedance. The extracellular fluid volume drop being found greater than 950 ml, general peripheral blood vessel resistance becoming less than 1200 dyne.s.cm-5 and integral body impedance increase being greater than 20 Ohm, system hemodynamics shock disorder is to be diagnosed. Anti- shock therapy is administered at the beginning of treatment. Other values being the case, the treatment is to be started with detoxication therapy. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in early detecting shock states; enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
