Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method is characterized by the fact that after determination of lipid spectrum in one individually taken patient according to which it is possible to calculate the ratio of high- density lipoproteins to total cholesterol, the ratio of high-density lipoproteins to low-density ones, and atherogeneity coefficient one should determine metabolic type and choose necessary intensity of physical loading. The first type includes patients with high-density lipoproteins to total cholesterol ratio being above 20.9%, high-density lipoproteins to low- density ones ratio being 40% and higher, and atherogeneity coefficient ranged 2.9- 3.5; the second type deals with patients with high-density lipoproteins to total cholesterol ratio ranged 17.9-20.8%, high-density lipoproteins to low-density ones ratio ranged 30-39% and atherogeneity coefficient ranged 3.6-4.9; the third type includes patients with high- density lipoproteins to total cholesterol ratio from 17.9% and lower, high-density lipoproteins to low-density ones ratio ranged 20- 29% and atherogeneity coefficient being above 5.0. For the first type it is suggested to apply intensity of 70%, for the second type - intensity of 30-50% and for the third type - "zero" intensity. The method in question provides possibility to choose intensity of physical loading without application of loading tests in patients with ischemic cardiac disease and other groups with contraindications to loading tests. The suggested method is simple, cheap and could be applied at any medicinal establishment. EFFECT: higher efficiency of dosing. 2 ex
