METHOD FOR PREPARING CORROSION INHIBITOR EXHIBITING BACTERICIDAL EFFECT FOR INHIBITION OF GROWTH OF SULFATE-REDUCING MICROORGANISMS

FIELD: corrosion inhibitors. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing corrosion inhibitors. Method involves interaction of substance based on heterocyclic nitrogen-containing compounds and monochloro-acetic acid ester at temperature 120-130 C. Coal resins processing product is used as substance based on heterocyclic nitrogen-containing compounds. As monochloroacetic acid ester the method uses product of esterification of monoalkylphenols with number of carbon atoms in alkyl radical C4-C30 or mixture of mono- and dialkylphenols with number of carbon atoms in alkyl radical C4-C30, or mixture of oxyethylated mono- and dialkylphenols with number of carbon atoms in alkyl radical C4-C30 and number of oxyethyl group 1-18. This product interacts with monochloro-acetic acid in the mole ratio of coal resins processing product and monochloroacetic acid ester = (0.5-2) : 1, respectively, as measured for heterocyclic nitrogen-containing compounds. Method ensures to prepare effective inhibitors of hydrogen sulfide and hydrochloric acid corrosion exhibiting bactericidal effect. Invention can be used for protection of metal against hydrogen sulfide and hydrochloric acid corrosion and for inhibition of growth of sulfate-reducing microorganisms.
