METHOD FOR LOCAL REPAIRING OF BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE

FIELD: machine engineering and other industry branches, namely local repairing of bottle washing machines. SUBSTANCE: method allows to repair housing of machine in zone of arrangement of places for mounting kinematic members of drives at keeping interaxial distance between them. Method comprises steps of disassembling members of kinematic circuit; at each lateral side of housing mutually fixing mounting places of upper driving shaft and lower driven shaft by welding cover plates to portions of housing between mounting places; fixing upper part of housing by welding cover plates along its top; reinforcing housing in zone not subjected to restoration by means of inner technological spacing members; marking out portions of housing subjected to intensive corrosion by simple-contour zones and performing successive cycles for changing them at forming new portion of housing; at each cycle cutting out respective zone of marking out; making similar part according to it and placing it instead of cut out zone; fixing it and tack welding to adjacent edges of housing and to parts welded beforehand; then releasing part; leveling it and fixing by means of spacing members welded to additional supports; fluting new portion of housing and welding butts of all changed portions one with another and with housing by continuous seam at outer and inner sides; removing technological spacing members, braces and cover plates; assembling above mentioned members of kinematic circuit inside housing.
