Zusammenfassung:FIELD: welding, automatic welding of thin-wall blanks by non-consumable electrode. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding additive wire to welding zone along curve in plane normal relative to surface of welded blank until achieving predetermined curvature radius of extension due to residual deformation and due to releasing inner stress of wire; feeding wire in such a way that it touches surface of welded blank in crossing point with axis of welding burner; forming curvature radius of wire extension to welding zone by deforming wire; using double- curvature tract of apparatus for feeding wire. End of tract of larger curvature is secured to bracket; end of tract with less curvature is secured to holder. Mouthpiece is joined with tract through adaptor sleeve. Outlet opening of mouthpiece smoothly widens towards welded surface of blank. On free end along eccentricity line mouthpiece is tapered by angle 45 degrees until upper boundary of outlet opening. Distance from mouthpiece cap until axis of welding burner is in range 15 -20 mm. EFFECT: enhanced quality of welded seams, improved stability of welding process. 4 cl, 5 dwg
