BAG FILTER FOR THREE-STAGE CLEANING OF AIR FROM MECHANICAL IMPURITIES

FIELD: cleaning gas and/or air in industrial rooms with equipment such as wood-working machines. SUBSTANCE: all rods of plate-type valves carry upper and lower plate-type valves articulated on them with compression springs arranged between them; rods are mounted in guides secured on uprights of scavenge manifold; rigidly secured between guides on rods are slide blocks made in form of rectangular bodies with rollers mounted as cantilever engageable with cams rigidly secured on camshaft connected with electric drive; uprights perform function of guides for slide blocks; cams have inner concave working profile with break; they are mounted at smooth angular shift over circumference relative to each other at angle of = (360°-alpha)/n where alpha = 25 to 30 deg. is angle of coincidence of cycles of regeneration of adjacent bag sections and n is number of bags; articulations of plate-type valves are made in form of ball supports whose balls have through holes where rods are movably mounted for alternate lift of upper and lower plate-type valves due to motion of rods inside balls by half their stroke; main working profile of cams is made in form of part of ring at angle of 360-( +alpha) for upper position of roller, break of working profile at angle of gamma = -alpha for quick lowering and lower position of roller and transient zone at angle of 2alpha for lifting the roller to main working profile.
