Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: individual respiratory organ protective facilities. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has multilayer mask with forming seam and folds for attachment member, seal, and pressing nose plate. Mask is made in the form of truncated cone. Outer layer of mask is serves thermally welded ion-exchanging filter comprising 16-20 wt% of Dacron filaments and 80-84 wt% of ion-exchanging filaments with alkaline and acidic properties in the ratio of 1:1. Second layer is nonwoven fabric comprising 65-70 wt% of Dacron filaments and 30-35 wt% of polypropylene filaments. Third layer is fabric knitted from carbonaceous graphitized material comprising 98-99 wt% of carbon. Inner layer is aerosol filter carrying static charge. Seal is made in the form of tape of nonwoven polypropylene fabric and is positioned at lower base of truncated cone in opposed relation to and in symmetry with forming seam. Pressing nose plate is made integral and disposed under seal between mask layers in opposed relation to and in symmetry with forming seam. Exhalation valve is embedded in truncated base of mask cone and is provided with thin flexible membrane. Flexible attachment member is made integral, is inserted with its ends into folds of mask angles toward forming seam. Flexible attachment member has tension regulator made in the form of flexible bushing. Apparatus is designed for protecting respiratory organs from hazardous substances in the form of aerosols and gases, in particular, smell of putrefaction, and may be used for abolishing consequences of accidents and disasters with human victims, in morgues, during exhumation etc. EFFECT: increased sealing capacity, improved quality and enhanced reliability in operation. 9 cl, 29 dwg |
