SUBSTANCE: method includes emptying main ballast tanks which is effected with the aid of gas generated by solid fuel gas generators, for example, powder gas generators; gas expels water column from revolving bladed holder placed in reservoir. As a result, reactive thrust is formed sufficient for removal of vehicle from area of damage. New amount of water is admitted to reservoir from main ballast tanks due to rarefaction. Said holder performs function of pump discharging ballast water. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
