Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: innovation refers to, at least, four-layer sleeve-like biaxially stretched membrane for food products with external layer consisting of the mixture of, correspondingly, at least one aliphatic and partially aromatic (co)-polyamide and, possibly, pigments, and internal layer, consisting of aliphatic (co)- polyamide. According to the present innovation, this new membrane has between these layers a layer of ethylene copolymer with vinyl alcohol or mixture of ethylene copolymer with vinyl alcohol with aliphatic or partially aromatic (co)-polyamide and/or with olefin(co)polymer and/or ionomeric resin and a layer consisting of olefin (co)polymer and, possibly, adhesion-favoring agents, pigments and/or UV-absorbents. Membrane is of high barrier properties on water vapor and oxygen. It is, predominantly, useful as artificial membrane for sausages, however, it could be, also, applied for packing cheese or animal food. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 12 cl, 5 ex, 1 tbl |
