At least 60% of powdered phosphor should have grain size up to 20 mcm. Quartz powder, milled sapphire powder, or crushed polycrystalline aluminum oxide may be used as filler. Ingredients are mixed up for 15-20 minutes, dried out at 100±5 C for 2.5-3.5 h, and cooled down. EFFECT: reduced cost of lamp manufacture; enhanced productivity of coating process. 1 tbl, 1 ex
