Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: heating, cooling, and heat recovery processes. SUBSTANCE: method involves laying cable or pipe sections connected to source of electric current, heat-carrying or cooling agent under covering. Sections are attached to base throughout entire length with aid of heat and electricity conducting band set of adhesive and secured by means of clips driven in with aid of furniture clipper. Device has adhesive tape gluing gun incorporating hollow grip with bracket that mounts overhanging shaft for tape gluing and shaft carrying hold-down roller. Bracket is provided with additional shaft and coil to receive one cable section and shaft with roller affording design gluing pitch of cable or pipe and their parallelism. Groove following contour of cable or pipe is made in center of flexible hold-down roller. Device is provided with two rollers conveying cable or tube to hold-down roller groove. EFFECT: enhanced installation speed and heat transfer; reduced cost. 4 dwg
