FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amphibians and ferry crossing means and it can be used in building of floating track amphibians. Proposed watercraft has can with hatches in roof, deck body, power plant and transmission with cooling system, propulsion- and-steering complex with drive movably secured on stern and running gear with track rollers, suspension system and track. Hull is divided by cross partitions into tight bow, middle and stern compartments. How compartment accommodates power plant and transmission units, for instance, those of tank T-90. Engine is installed cross wise the hull, being displaced to port side, and is mechanically coupled in front part through change-gear train with planetary final drives of transmission installed coaxially with driving wheels, and in direction of stern, by propeller shaft, with transfer case containing bevel gearing, hydraulically, controlled normally open clutches and output shafts coupled with propeller shaft of propulsion-and-steering complex drives. Said complex is made for changing running trim afloat. Each compartment can be furnished with emergency water drain system and quickacting fire fighting means included into common fire-fighting system. Units of tank T-80 can be used in running gear, such as rubber-lined track rollers and tracks with possibility of mounting detachable track wings.
