METHOD FOR CONTROLLING PRESSING-IN PROCESS IN ELECTROMECHANICAL PRESS

FIELD: assembling production, namely manufacture of parts jointed with interference fit. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of measuring current values of pressing-in effort and movement of working organ of press; determining current value of effort derivative on movement; comparing received values with preset ones; using result signal for controlling electric drive for moving working organ of press; selecting from part lot fed for assembling number of parts to be pressed-in at constant rate of advancing moving part onto stationary one; storing measured current values of pressing-in efforts and movement of press working organ at determining current value of effort derivative on movement; after assembling all selected parts determining mean value of effort derivatives; performing process of pressing-in parts of said lot while using above mentioned mean values as preset ones. EFFECT: possibility for achieving desired quality of part joints for lot of parts.
