SUBSTANCE: composition comprises chlorhexine as active substance, dimexide as agent enhancing penetration of active substance and stabilizing agent based on polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution taken in the definite ratio of components. Stabilizing agent comprises polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution in mixture with food starch aqueous solution and glycerol that allows to obtain film-forming solution and films with active and potentiating substances, or polyvinyl alcohol gel-forming aqueous solution where active and potentiating substances are incorporated as in matrix and releasing gradually in using by designation. Invention provides the composition for using, mainly, in treatment of otorhinolaryngology sicknesses, in stomatology and venereodermatology, significant reduction of treatment time of suppurative external and media otitis, parodontitis, aphthous stomatitis, dyshidrotic eczema, ulcers.
